By accessing our website or using our services, you (“parent,” “guardian,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 3. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for use by parents, guardians, and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Admission Terms

  • Submission of an admission enquiry or application form does not guarantee admission to the School.
  • Admission is subject to availability of seats, fulfilment of eligibility criteria, and the School’s admission process.
  • The School reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
  • All information provided during the admission process must be accurate and truthful. The School reserves the right to cancel admission if any information is found to be false or misleading.
  • Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of the required admission fee and completion of all documentation as specified by the School.

5. Fee Payment Terms

  • All school fees are to be paid as per the fee schedule communicated at the time of admission.
  • Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making an online payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Fees once paid are subject to the Refund Policy outlined below and on our Refund Policy page.
  • The School reserves the right to revise the fee structure periodically. Parents/guardians will be notified of any changes in advance.
  • Failure to pay fees within the stipulated due dates may result in late payment charges and/or suspension of the student from School activities, as per School policy.
  • The School is not responsible for payment failures due to issues with your bank, internet connectivity, or any other technical issue on the user’s end. In case of a failed transaction, please check with your bank before attempting a second payment.

6. Online Payment Terms

  • All transactions on this website are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Payments are accepted via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets through Razorpay.
  • You must ensure that you are authorized to use the payment method used for making the transaction.
  • The School does not store any card or bank account details. All payment data is handled by Razorpay under PCI-DSS compliance.
  • A payment receipt/confirmation will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
  • In case of any discrepancy in the payment amount or duplicate charges, please contact us immediately at theparadiseinternational09@gmail.com.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Admission fees and registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • Tuition fees paid in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the following conditions:
    1. Withdrawal request submitted in writing to the School administration
    2. Refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable charges as per School policy
    3. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method
  • No refund will be issued for fees paid for activities, events, uniforms, or other non-tuition items unless the activity/event is cancelled by the School.
  • In case of a failed/duplicate online transaction, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway.

8. Code of Conduct

Parents/guardians and students are expected to:
  • Adhere to the School’s rules, regulations, and code of conduct as communicated from time to time
  • Treat all staff, students, and visitors with respect
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour on School premises or online channels
  • Ensure regular attendance and timely payment of fees
The School reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action, including termination of enrolment, in case of serious violations.

9. Website Use

  • The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the intellectual property of The Paradise International School and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
  • You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the website.
  • The School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Paradise International School shall not be liable for:
