Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all fee payments made to The Paradise International School through our website https://theparadiseinternational.in or any other payment channel.

2. Admission & Registration Fees

  • Admission fees and registration fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.
  • These fees are charged towards administrative processing and seat reservation.

3. Tuition Fee Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the School administration.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges as per School policy.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

  • If a payment fails after your account has been debited, the amount will be automatically reversed to your account within 5–7 working days by Razorpay.
  • In case of a duplicate payment, please contact us immediately with the transaction details.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following fees are non-refundable under any circumstances:
  • Registration and admission fees
  • Fees paid for uniforms, books, and stationery
  • Fees paid for events, excursions, and activities
  • Transport fees once the term has commenced

6. Cancellation of Admission

  • If a parent/guardian wishes to cancel the admission, a written request must be submitted to the School office.
  • Cancellation requests will be processed within 5–7 working days of receipt.
  • Refund eligibility will be determined based on the date of cancellation and the School’s fee policy at the time.
